There are new guidelines and protocols that needs to be implemented, so please read these guidelines carefully before your appointment.


We make appointments through text only (347)-233-1597. Leave a detailed message with:

  • Client’s Full Name

  • Phone number

  • Desired service name

  • Appointment Date and time


We will confirm your appointment by text message.


  • All services are by appointment only. We don’t accept walk-ins. Contact us to check availability. We are happy to schedule a specific time for you.


  • We are only able to provide services for which you are scheduled for (no add-ons) as we will need additional time for sanitizing and cleaning the room.


  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds before beginning of service.


  • Mandatory face covering is required to enter the premise. We reserve the right to refuse services for anyone entering the premise without face covering.


  • COVID-19 Consent form must be signed prior to your entry on the premise. We reserve the right to refuse services if this form is not submitted.


  • We will perform a temperature check before allowing anyone on the premise. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will not be permitted to enter.


  • Check in with via a text message prior to your arrival is required due to social distancing mandate. Wait outside the salon and our technician will notify you when they are ready.


  • Please note there is a slight price increase for some services to cover our additional cleaning, sanitation and supplies to keep you and our staff safe.


  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, it may affect what service can be performed and others coming after you.


  • Please bring limited personal items with you.


  • We will be sanitizing and disinfecting areas frequently throughout the day and in between our clients.


  • Only one client per technician at a time is allowed. Multiple bookings are not allowed.


  • If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick within 24 hours of your appointment please cancel your appointment immediately.


This will be our ‘New Normal’. Please be patient with us.
